Asian Spice Lamb Chops and Carrots

For the best lamb chops and baked carrots, simply make this marinade:

Soy Sauce
Minced Garlic
Minced Ginger
Honey
Uncle A’s Asian Spice
Olive Oil
Lemon Juice

That’s it. Coat the carrots and lamb.  Roast carrots at 420’ for 20’. And then the lamb for 18’.
