Chicken à la Julie
A spicy, creamy, and comforting twist on Jacques Pépin’s classic—featuring Sully’s Salsa and a whole lotta love.
Ingredients:
• 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 cup Sully’s Salsa (choose your heat!)
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
• Parmesan Polenta
1. Preheat oven to 400°F
2. Season the chicken with salt. Spread a spoonful of Sully’s Salsa on the bottom of each breast and place salsa-side down in a small baking dish.
3. Mix topping: Stir remaining salsa into the mayo. Slather generously on top of the chicken.
4. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden on top and cooked through (165°F internal temp).
5. Serve with creamy Parmesan Polenta
Bold, spicy, and impossible not to love. Just like my wife!
