Garlic Chicken with blistered grape tomatoes seasoned with Uncle A’s Asian Spice.
The verdict? Absolutely delicious. Searing the chicken first made all the difference, giving it a beautiful golden crust, while the roasted garlic and blistered tomatoes created an incredible pan sauce. Simple ingredients. Big flavor. This one’s definitely going into the regular dinner rotation.
