Thai-Style Grilled Pork Chops

If you love the bold, savory, and sweet flavors of Thai pork chops, you will love this simple weeknight version.

This recipe features thick bone-in pork chops infused with aromatic Uncle A’s Chinese Spice, garlic, and fish sauce, grilled to juicy perfection, and finished with a kick of spicy honey glaze.

Ingredients
The Marinade & Pork

2 bone-in pork chops (thick-cut, about 10–11 oz each)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon Uncle A’s Asian Spice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon sesame oil (I use chili sesame oil)

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Marinate the Pork
In a shallow dish or zip-top bag, whisk together the soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, Uncle A’s Chinese, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil.

Add the pork chops, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for the deepest flavor. Overnight is the way!

Grill to Perfection
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F).

Remove the chops from the marinade, letting the excess drip off. Grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side. Remove when the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

4. Rest and Serve
Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes to lock in the juices.

Enjoy! And serve with rice. Salad. Fruit. Anything you enjoy.
