Uncle A's Sweet and Spicy Chicken Thighs!

Ingredients:

6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

1/2 cup Uncle A’s Carm’s Choice or Maria's Mango Sauce

1-2 tsp honey
Steps:

Marinate: Combine chicken, Uncle A's sauce, and honey. Let it marinate in the fridge for 24 hours. Trust me—it’s worth it.

Prep: Remove chicken from marinade, rinse off, and pat dry until skin is nice and clean.

Rest: Place on a wire rack or plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes. This helps dry out the skin = crispy magic.

Roast: Preheat oven to 450°F. Place chicken skin-side up on a foil-lined tray or baking rack.

Cook: Roast for 30 - 35 minutes or until skin is crackly and golden, and juices run clear.
