Uncle A's Sweet and Spicy Chicken Thighs!

Ingredients:

  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

  • 1/2 cup Uncle A’s Carm’s Choice or Maria's Mango Sauce

  • 1-2  tsp honey

Steps:

  1. Marinate: Combine chicken, Uncle A's sauce, and honey. Let it marinate in the fridge for 24 hours. Trust me—it’s worth it.

  2. Prep: Remove chicken from marinade, rinse off, and pat dry until skin is nice and clean.

  3. Rest: Place on a wire rack or plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes. This helps dry out the skin = crispy magic.

  4. Roast: Preheat oven to 450°F. Place chicken skin-side up on a foil-lined tray or baking rack.

  5. Cook: Roast for 30 - 35 minutes or until skin is crackly and golden, and juices run clear.

  6. Enjoy: Let rest 5 minutes… then eat like a savage. No regrets.
