Uncle A's e-book

Anthony does a nice job with his mini cookbook. Covers all the bases, with apps, veg, entrees, and a dessert, all with an Asian flair. I would velvet the beef strips, I'd add chopped ham to the fried rice, maybe a little white miso on the roasted veg dish. The cookbook piques your creative juices, while pointing you in fantastic directions. Asian Pineapple Upside Down Cake? Wow!
